- 60 days or more prior to departure the first payment (Deposit of 50%) will be forfeited. Less than 60 days prior to departure 100% of the total payment will be forfeited.

- Asia Global Yachting reserves the right to cancel the expedition for reasons of Force Majeure (i.e., natural disasters, epidemics etc.) or unavoidable acts of man (i.e., war, riots, strikes etc.). In the event of this happening Asia Global Yachting will advise you at the earliest possible date.
